Animal Control Bylaw definition

Animal Control Bylaw refers to the Municipal Bylaw which has been attached to this Agreement as Schedule [Name of Schedule].
Animal Control Bylaw means the City of Prince Xxxxxx Animal Control Bylaw No. 7771, 2005 and amendments thereto adopted by Council from time to time, both before and after this Agreement is signed by the parties hereto; and
Animal Control Bylaw means the Town of High Prairie Animal Control Bylaw #5/98; as from time to time amended, or a bylaw passed in substitution.

  • Traditional member of the National Guard or federal reserves means an active member of the Selected Reserve subject to mobilization and deployment for which he or she attends monthly and annual training periods.

  • Amended and Restated Bylaws means the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Fund in effect at the time the Registration Statement relating to the Preferred Shares is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, specifying the powers, preferences and rights of the Preferred Shares.

  • Company Governing Documents means the Company Bylaws and the Company Certificate.

  • CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
