Annual Charge definition

Annual Charge means the charge to a Participant’s Account provided for in Section 3.4(f).

More Definitions of Annual Charge

Annual Charge means, the charge (if any) specified in Column (1) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement (as amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement);
