Annual License Fee definition

Annual License Fee means the annual rate described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement.
Annual License Fee is defined in Article 6.1;

Annual License Fee means a yearly, non-refundable, non-recoupable fee to be paid by Licensee in consideration of the rights granted to Licensee and the undertakings given by LLA under this Agreement.
