Annual Membership Fees definition

Annual Membership Fees shall have the meaning specified in the Lending Agreement applicable to each Account for annual membership fees or similar terms.
Annual Membership Fees has the meaning given such term in the Program Agreement.
Annual Membership Fees means any annual fees specified in the various Account Agreements as they may, from time to time be amended.

  • Receivables in an amount equal to the product of the Yield Factor (initially 1.3%) and amounts charged by cardholders for goods and services and cash advances (the "Discount Receivables") will be allocated to the Certificates and treated as Finance Charge Receivables (Discount Receivables, together with the Periodic Finance Charges, Annual Membership Fees and Other Charges, the "Finance Charge Receivables").

Related to Annual Membership Fees

  • Annual Membership Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for annual membership fees or similar terms.

  • Membership Fees means the fees established pursuant to the By-Laws of the Union as the fees payable by the members of the Bargaining Unit, and shall not include any initiation fee, insurance premium, or any other levy.

  • Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • Teaching staff member means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Additional Member means a Person admitted as a Member of the Company as a result of an issuance of Shares to such Person by the Company.
