Retainer Fee means a fee charged by a retainer health care

Retainer Fee means the fee payable by the Client as set out in clause 3.2;

Retainer Fee means a fixed monthly fee payable by HHG or its subsidiaries to AEL in respect of its performance of the Acquisition Services.
