Retainer Fee definition

Retainer Fee means a fee charged by a retainer health care

More Definitions of Retainer Fee

Retainer Fee means Fees prepaid by Client for Services. If Client has paid a Retainer Fee, Xxxxx will deduct from that Retainer Fee any Fees owed for any Fixed, Time-Based, or Unit-Based Services.
Retainer Fee means the portion of a Participant’s Compensation that is fixed and paid without regard to his or her attendance at meetings of the Board or any committee of the Board, including any additional amount paid to a chairman of a committee but shall not include awards of Common Stock, stock options or other noncash compensation paid to a Non-Employee Director.
Retainer Fee is defined in Section 3(b).
Retainer Fee means those fees paid by the Company to non-employee directors for services rendered on the Board or any committee of the Board, including attendance fees and fees for serving as committee chair. Any Retainer Fee payable for services during a month is deemed to accrue to the non-employee director on the first day of such month for Plan purposes.
