Annual Special Tax Requirement definition

Annual Special Tax Requirement means the amount required in any Fiscal Year to pay: (i) the debt service on all Non-School Bonds or other indebtedness or other periodic costs on the Non- School Bonds, (ii) the Administrative Expenses of IA B of CFD No. 10, (iii) any costs associated with the release of funds from an escrow account, (iv) any amount required to establish or replenish any reserve funds established in association with the Non-School Bonds, less (v) any amounts on deposit in any fund or account which are available to pay for items (i) through (iv) above pursuant to any applicable fiscal agent agreement, bond indenture, or trust agreement.
Annual Special Tax Requirement means the amount required in any Fiscal Year to pay: (1) the debt service on all Bonds or other indebtedness or other periodic costs on the Bonds or other indebtedness of CFD No. 2, (2) the cost of acquisition or construction of future Facilities, (3) Administrative Expenses of CFD No. 2, (4) the costs associated with the release of funds from an escrow account, (5) any amount required to establish or replenish any reserve funds established in association with the Bonds or other indebtedness of CFD No. 2, (6) lease payments for existing or future Facilities, and (7) any other payments permitted by law.
Annual Special Tax Requirement means the amount required in any Fiscal Year to pay: (i) annual debt service on all outstanding Bonds, (ii) Administrative Expenses of IA C of CFD No. 11,
