ANNUAL STATUTORY STATEMENTS has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(b).
ANNUAL STATUTORY STATEMENTS means (a) in the case of the Company, the Annual Statement of the Company, as filed with the Nebraska Insurance Department, for the years ended December 31, 1998, 1997 and 1996, in each case including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith and (b) in the case of FRC, the Annual Statement of FRC, as filed with the New York Insurance Department, for the year ended December 31, 1998, including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith.
ANNUAL STATUTORY STATEMENTS means the Annual Statement of the Company, as filed with the Florida Insurance Department, for the years ended December 31, 1998, 1997 and 1996, in each case including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith.

ANNUAL STATUTORY STATEMENTS means the annual financial statements of the Company prepared in accordance with statutory accounting principles applicable to the Company and as filed with the New York Department of Insurance for the years ended December 31, 1998, 1999 and 2000, in each case including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith.
ANNUAL STATUTORY STATEMENTS means the annual statutory convention statements of PNIC for each of the years ended December 31, 1994, 1995 and 1996, filed, and for the year ended December 31, 1997 to be filed, with the Florida Department pursuant to the Florida Code (including management's discussion and analysis and the supporting memorandum to the actuarial opinions given in connection with such Annual Statutory Statements).
ANNUAL STATUTORY STATEMENTS means (a) in the case of the Company, the Annual Statement of the Company, as filed with insurance regulatory officials in Sweden and such statements as are filed by the Company in any country where the Company does business, for the years ended December 31, 2000, 1999 and 1998, in each case including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith and (b) in the case of Purchaser, the Annual Statement as filed with insurance regulatory officials in Bermuda, for the year ended December 31, 2000, including all exhibits, interrogatories, notes and schedules thereto and any auditor's report, actuarial opinion, affirmation or certification filed in connection therewith.
