Annual Supply Level definition

Annual Supply Level means the quantities of Timber to be hauled by the Contractor (and, to the extent the Contractor elects pursuant to Schedule 6, by an Other Contractor) in each Contract Year from the Supply Zones to the Delivery Sites as specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 less any reduction to those quantities pursuant to clauses 3.4, 12.2(c), 13.3(a) and 15.6(a).
Annual Supply Level means the annual quantity of Timber planned to be sold by VicForests and purchased by the Buyer in each Supply Year set out in item 5 of Schedule 2. Annual Timber Intake means the quantity of Timber agreed to be sold by VicForests and purchased by the Buyer in a Supply Year specified in the Operational Plan for that Supply Year less the quantity of any Timber not to be supplied by VicForests as a result of the application of clause 22.3.
