Supply Year definition

Supply Year means the twelve (12) consecutive month period commencing upon the date of shipment of the first delivery of PRODUCT hereunder (the “First Shipment Date”), and each succeeding twelve (12) consecutive month period commencing upon each anniversary of the First Shipment Date

Examples of Supply Year in a sentence

  • If, on the basis of the statement submitted pursuant to this Section 7.5, the actual aggregate Monthly Costs or other amounts payable by the Purchaser for any Power Supply Year are less than the amount therefor which Purchaser has been billed, SCPPA shall, unless otherwise directed by Purchaser with respect to moneys owed to it, credit such excess against Purchaser’s next monthly Billing Statement.

Supply Year means each consecutive 365-day period (or 366-day period in the event of a leap year) during the term hereof, commencing on the date on which Seller first delivers Product to Buyer under this Agreement.
