Annual Xxxxxxx Report is the annual report Filed by all Stewards and Voluntary Stewards in accordance with Part IV of these Rules, which describes the aggregate amount of Designated Blue Box Waste, expressed in kilograms or units by category, Supplied by the Xxxxxxx and its Franchisees or Affiliates during the Data Year.1

  • This includes all supporting data and/or records (as applicable) for each Annual Xxxxxxx Report.

  • For all subsequent Reporting Obligation Years, You shall submit the Annual Xxxxxxx Report to MMSW by no later than May 31st of each respective Reporting Obligation Year.

  • If you identify corrections or revisions to Your Annual Xxxxxxx Report these must be submitted to MMSW in accordance with the Policy for Xxxxxxx-Initiated Adjustment Requests as posted on the MMSW website.

  • We may require changes to a filed Annual Xxxxxxx Report following an audit or review by Us. For changes initiated by Us as a result of an audit or review, You are required to report and pay for all WPP from the time You begin Supplying WPP.

  • We may require changes to a filed Annual Xxxxxxx Report following an audit or review by Us. For changes initiated by Us as a result of an audit or review, You are required to report and pay for all PPP from the time You begin Supplying PPP.
