Annual Xxxxxxx Report definition

Annual Xxxxxxx Report means that report submitted each Reporting Obligation Year by You to MMSW in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

Annual Xxxxxxx Report means that report submitted each Reporting Obligation Year by You to Recycle BC in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

Annual Xxxxxxx Report is the annual report Filed by all Stewards and Voluntary Stewards in accordance with Part IV of these Rules, which describes the aggregate amount of Designated Blue Box Waste, expressed in kilograms or units by category, Supplied by the Xxxxxxx and its Franchisees or Affiliates during the Data Year.1

• Provided You are not a Voluntary Producer, should You terminate this Agreement by notice after May 1st of any calendar year You may be required to submit your Annual Xxxxxxx Report by May 31st for that calendar year.

• For all subsequent Reporting Obligation Years, You shall submit the Annual Xxxxxxx Report to MMSW by no later than May 31st of each respective Reporting Obligation Year.

• You shall maintain and store in either electronic or written form all documents, data and/or records in respect of Your membership in MMSW and obligations under the Agreement to substantiate and verify the amount of WPP set out in each Annual Xxxxxxx Report for a period of five (5) years from the filing date of each Annual Xxxxxxx Report.

• You shall maintain and store in either electronic or written form all documents, data and/or records in respect of Your membership in Recycle BC and obligations under the Agreement to substantiate and verify the amount of PPP set out in each Annual Xxxxxxx Report for a period of five (5) years from the filing date of each Annual Xxxxxxx Report.

• Despite the above, and provided You are not a Voluntary Xxxxxxx, whenever you become a Member, in the event that You were not previously a member of an approved WPP stewardship plan, you must submit an Annual Xxxxxxx Report for all Data Periods for which You were a Xxxxxxx in Saskatchewan within 60 days of becoming a Member.

• You must submit your Annual Xxxxxxx Report by no later than May 31st of each Reporting Obligation Year and provide the information as required on the WeRecycle Portal.

• Despite the above, and provided You are not a Voluntary Producer, whenever you become a Member, in the event that You were not previously a member of an approved PPP stewardship plan, you must submit an Annual Xxxxxxx Report for all Data Periods for which You were a Producer in British Columbia within 60 days of becoming a Member.
