Antibody Services means the provision of research and/or development services for the identification, generation, derivation or development of one or more Antibody Libraries or Antibodies derived therefrom.

  • Mayo hereby grants Acorda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, limited to the Antibody in the Field, to any Inventions (as defined in the Antibody Services Agreement) developed by the University or any third party and owned by Mayo pursuant to the Antibody Services Agreement.
