Training Services definition

Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.
Training Services means: student attraction activities including marketing and advertising in relation to any training within the Training Provider's Funded Scope; the provision of information about course offerings, fees, support and the impact on an individual’s Entitlement to Funded Training; conduct of the Pre-Training Review; testing any individual’s eligibility for training subsidised through the Skills First Program and any relevant concession or exemption/waiver on tuition fees; enrolment of individuals into a course or qualification, including undertaking any enrolment processes required under this VET Funding Contract; development and documentation of a Training Plan; levying fees, including any concessions, exemptions or waivers; delivering training and assessment that is suitable and appropriate to each Eligible Individual; collecting and maintaining evidence relating to (a) to (h) above, as required under this VET Funding Contract; reporting data and other information to the Department as required under this VET Funding Contract; and any other matters that reasonably relate to the conduct of the activities set out in paragraphs (a) to (j).
Training Services means instruction or other training in the use of the Licensed Products.

Examples of Training Services in a sentence

  • Jitterbit hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non- transferable (except pursuant to a permitted assignment), royalty-free right and license to use materials provided by Jitterbit during Training Services (“Training Materials”) for the training participant’s internal business use only for the benefit of Customer for so long as this Agreement is in effect.

  • Within three (3) months of the effective date of the applicable Order Form, any unused Training Services hours shall automatically expire.

  • This Agreement applies to training courses and recertification training offered by Provider to Customer’s designated attendees, as detailed below: • The Training Services may include the following: o Onsite training at Customer’s designated location (“Onsite Training”); o Instructor-led remote training (“Web Training”); o On demand prerecorded audio/video sessions available over the Internet (“On Demand Training”); and o Certification quiz.

  • Except with Jitterbit’s prior written permission, Customer may not (i) record or film any Training Services, (ii) modify or prepare derivative works of the Training Materials, (iii) distribute the Training Materials to third parties who are not Users participating in Training Services, (iv) prepare or deliver training concerning the Jitterbit Platform.

  • Except as otherwise expressly specified herein or in an Order Form and/or SOW: (i) fees are non-cancelable and non- refundable: (ii) fees for subscriptions to the Jitterbit Platform, fees for Training Services, and upgraded Support Services are payable annually in full, in advance; (iii) fees for Professional Services are due and payable as provided in the Order Form or SOW, or if not applicable, upon completion of the Professional Services.

Training Services means Liferay’s training courses as defined in the applicable Appendix and specified in an Order Form.
Training Services means all activities undertaken, or required under this Contract to be undertaken, in relation to the delivery of Skills First subsidised training, including: student attraction activities, including marketing and advertising, in relation to any training within the Training Provider's Funded Scope; the provision of information about program offerings, fees, support and the impact on an individual’s Skills First Entitlement; conduct of the Pre-Training Review; testing any individual’s eligibility for training subsidised through the Skills First Program and any relevant Fee Concession or Fee Waiver; enrolment of individuals into a program, including undertaking any enrolment processes required under this Contract; development and documentation of a Training Plan; levying fees, including implementing any Fee Concessions or Fee Waivers; delivering training and assessment; collecting and maintaining evidence relating to (a) to (h) above, as required under this Contract; reporting data and other information to the Department as required under this Contract; and any other matters that reasonably relate to the conduct of the activities set out in paragraphs (a) to (j).
Training Services means Liferay’s training courses as defined in the applicable Appendix and specified in an Order Form. "Unit" is the measurement of Service usage as further defined in the applicable Appendix and specified in an Order Form.
Training Services means the training services, if any, set forth on an applicable Order From.

Training Services means services provided by a kidney dialysis facility to train patients for home dialysis. Home training spaces are not used to provide in-center dialysis treatments. Spaces used for training are not included in the facility's station count for projecting future station need or in calculating existing station use. Stations previously designated as "training stations" may be used as in-center dialysis stations and will continue to be included in the facility's current station count for projecting future station need or in calculating existing station use. For the purpose of awarding the point for home training in the superiority criteria section (WAC 246-310-823), training services include the following:
