Anticipated Profit Rate definition

Anticipated Profit Rate means the rate of the Anticipated Profit to be generated as specified in BML Islamic Schedule of Charges and Fees by the Wakil (agent) in relation to the Wakala Transaction for the Muwakkil (principal).
Anticipated Profit Rate means, in relation to a Wakala Investment, the profit rate specified in the Wakil Offer Notice, which the Wakil expects to achieve during relevant Wakala Transaction Period by investing the Investment Amount for and on behalf of the Muwakkil in accordance with the provisions of these Wakala Terms.
Anticipated Profit Rate means the rate of the Anticipated Profit to be generated by the Wakeel in relation to this Wakalah Transaction for the Muwak- kil as specified in the Offer and Acceptance.

Related to Anticipated Profit Rate

  • Floating Profit/Loss means current profit/loss on Open Positions calculated at the current Quotes.

  • Rate of Return means the rate used to determine the amount credited monthly to a Participant’s Account under Article IV. Such rate shall be determined by the Administrative Committee based upon the net performance of the Earnings Indices selected by the Participant.

  • Annual Balanced Budget means that, in each Funding Year of the term of this Agreement, the total revenues of the HSP are greater than or equal to the total expenses, from all sources, of the HSP;
