Unit Rate definition

Unit Rate means as set out in the Quotation Document;
Unit Rate means the relevant rate that may change from year to year that is used in calculating cost recoveries contemplated in this Agreement;
Unit Rate means the value associated with each specific Output or Result as calculated in the Payment Trigger Calculator upon achievement of which the GLA will pay in accordance with the claim process as defined in this Agreement;

Examples of Unit Rate in a sentence

  • Unit Rate pricing may be adjusted no earlier than twelve months after the anniversary date of the start date of the Term Contract and thereafter or no earlier than twelve months after the effective date of the previous price adjustment.

More Definitions of Unit Rate

Unit Rate means a charge in ▇▇▇▇▇ and/or pounds applied to a Unit.
