Post the issuance of the Allotment Letter, if the Applicant(s) fails to sign and execute the said Agreement to Sell / Apartment Buyer Agreement for the allotted Apartment within the prescribed time period then the Company shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the allotment of the Apartment and forfeit the entire Earnest Money.
