API Cost definition

API Cost means the Cost of Goods of API.
API Cost for a Product means the actual cost paid by Shire on a pass-through basis for the active pharmaceutical ingredient in such Product.
API Cost for a Shire Product means the actual cost paid by Duramed on a pass-through basis for the active pharmaceutical ingredient in such Shire Product. API Cost means Client’s cost to purchase and deliver API to Halo in accordance with Section 3.3 (API). Related to API Cost
