APP Party definition

APP Party means any of APP, its Affiliates and its ----------- --------- permitted assignees.
APP Party shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.1.

  • In the event that any Company Party brings a suit against any APP Party with respect to any Company Released Claim, the Company agrees to pay any and all costs of the APP Parties, including attorneys’ fees, incurred by such APP Parties in challenging such action.
