Apparent Successful Proposer definition

Apparent Successful Proposer or "ASP" means an organization selected as a result of a competitive and completed Procurement process.¶
Apparent Successful Proposer means the Proposer with the apparent Successful Proposer, taking into consideration the evaluation criteria and procedures.
