Apparently Successful Applicant definition

Apparently Successful Applicant means an Applicant selected as having submitted a successful Application, based on the final determination of DSHS management taking into consideration the Applicant's qualifications and the needs of DSHS. The Applicant is considered an "Apparently” Successful Applicant until a contract is finalized and executed.
Apparently Successful Applicant or “ASA” means the Applicant selected as the entity to perform the anticipated services, subject to completion of contract negotiations and execution of a written contract.
