Applicable Adult Fare definition

Applicable Adult Fare means the fare which would be applicable to an adult for the transportation to be used except those special fares which would be applicable due to the adult's status;
Applicable Adult Fare means the fare which would be applicable to an adult for the transportation, but, excluding any special fares applicable to a guest’s status, e.g., Military fares, adult standby, etc.

Examples of Applicable Adult Fare in a sentence

  • Additional infants under the age of two years must occupy a seat (subject to the provisions of paragraph 7) below) and be ticketed at the Applicable Adult Fare.

  • Infants under the age of two years for whom a seat at the Applicable Adult Fare has not been purchased may not occupy a seat.

  • The fare for children ages 2 years and older will be the Applicable Adult Fare.

  • Infants who will reach their second birthday during a journey must occupy a seat and pay the Applicable Adult Fare for the entire journey.

  • Applicable Adult Fare means the fare which would be applicable to an adult for the transportation to be used except those special fares which would be applicable due to the adult’s status (such as clergy fares, military fares, senior citizen fares, etc.).

Related to Applicable Adult Fare

  • Incremental Term Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Applicable Wages means the basic straight time wages for all hours worked, including:

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date means the final maturity date of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
