Applicable Building Code definition

Applicable Building Code means (a) the “building code” as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992 (Ontario), as may be amended; and (b) any other applicable building code imposed by a municipality, if any, to the extent that it supplements the building code referred to in (a) or any part thereof.
Applicable Building Code means the building code administered and enforced in Windsor Charter Township pursuant to the Stille-DeRossett-Hale Single State Construction Code Act, Public Act 230 of 1972, as amended, MCL 125.1501, et. seq, or adopted pursuant to any other state law.
Applicable Building Code means (a) the “building code” as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992 (Ontario), as may be amended, , and (b) any other applicable building code imposed by the municipality (if any) to the extent that it supersedes or prevails over the Ontario Building Code, or any part thereof.

  • Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use the Improvements and exterior walls of the Improvements for signs pertaining to the business conducted by Tenant or Space Tenants on the Premises, which signs shall comply with all Applicable Laws and the Applicable Building Code, provided, however, that all signs visible from the exterior of the Improvements shall be subject to the prior approval of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Properties in Catastrophe Areas specified in 28 TAC §5.4008 must comply with 28 TAC §5.4011 (related to Applicable Building Code Standards in Designated Catastrophe Areas for Structures Constructed, Repaired or to Which Additions Are Made On and After January 1, 2008), in accordance with the Multifamily Direct Loan Rule.
