Applicable Margin Reset Date definition

Applicable Margin Reset Date means the 45th day following the end of the most recent Fiscal Quarter.
Applicable Margin Reset Date means July 1 in 2019, 2022 and 2025.
Applicable Margin Reset Date means, with respect to each calendar quarter, the first Business Day of the month immediately following the month in which the Compliance Certificate Delivery Date applicable to such calendar quarter occurs.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.
