Examples of Applicable Option Exercise Period in a sentence

  • If the Employee’s termination of employment is for any reason (other than as set forth in clause in (I), (II), (III) or (IV) of this Section 7), all unvested Options shall terminate on the date of termination and, all other Options, to the extent exercisable as of the date of termination, shall be exercisable for the Applicable Option Exercise Period following such termination of employment (but in no event beyond the term of the Option), and shall thereafter terminate.
