Unless an Insolvency Event occurs with respect to Guarantor or Lessee, Lessor shall not terminate this Lease during the Purchase Option Period.
Nothing in this section shall impair Bank’s rights prior to Bank’s sale of the Obligations to the Pinnacle Bank Guarantors until such time as Bank has been paid the Purchase Price in full and, among other things, Bank shall be able to enforce all rights and remedies under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents during such Purchase Option Period.
