Applicable Starting Date definition

Applicable Starting Date means, with respect to any Eligible New Floor Plan Unit, Permitted Company Vehicle, or Eligible Used Floor Plan Unit, the date of the original borrowing of Floor Plan Loans for such Floor Plan Vehicle or Unit. For the avoidance of doubt, if an M&T Advance is made with respect to any such Floor Plan Vehicle or Unit, the Applicable Starting Date shall be the date of such M&T Advance.
Applicable Starting Date means, with respect to any Eligible New Floor Plan Unit, Eligible Rental Floor Plan Unit, Permitted Company Vehicle, or Eligible Used Floor Plan Unit, the date of the original borrowing of Floor Plan Loans for such Floor Plan Vehicle or Unit. For the avoidance of doubt, if an M&T Advance is made with respect to any such Floor Plan Vehicle or Unit, the Applicable Starting Date shall be the date of such M&T Advance.

Examples of Applicable Starting Date in a sentence

  • Again, as an example, if the Applicable Starting Date for a Floor Plan Vehicle or Unit was January 20, 2023, then “Applicable Curtailment Date 365” for that unit would be the tenth (10th) day in February 2024.

  • For example, “Applicable Curtailment Date 365” refers initially to a date (a “Target Date”) that is 365 days after the date of the Applicable Starting Date for the Floor Plan Vehicle or Unit.

Related to Applicable Starting Date

  • Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;

  • Annuity Starting Date means, with respect to any Participant, the first day of the first period for which an amount is paid as an annuity, or, in the case of a benefit not payable in the form of an annuity, the first day on which all events have occurred which entitles the Participant to such benefit.

  • Testing Date means 31 December of each year.

  • Billing Date means the date upon which the monthly statement is generated and debited to the customer's account.

  • Applicable Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Issuer Call Commencement Date means the first Business Day following the three year period from and including the Issue Date;

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.

  • Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.03(e).

  • Final Scheduled Distribution Date means with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the February 8, 2017 Distribution Date, (ii) the Class A-2-A Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iii) the Class A-2-B Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iv) the Class A-3 Notes, the October 8, 2020 Distribution Date, (v) the Class B Notes, the March 8, 2021 Distribution Date, (vi) the Class C Notes, the January 10, 2022 Distribution Date, (vii) the Class D Notes, the February 8, 2022 Distribution Date and (viii) the Class E Notes, the September 8, 2023 Distribution Date.

  • Initial Contract Period means the period from the Commencement Date to the date of expiry set out in clause A2 (Initial Contract Period), or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.12(h).

  • LCT Test Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.12(b).
