Examples of Application for Subdivision in a sentence

  • Application for Subdivision in accordance with the LUS Application for subdivision requiring abridged processes.

  • Application for Subdivision Site Suitability Certification shall be prepared by a Class II or Class III Licensed Designer, as appropriate, on forms approved by the Director and shall include the information in Rule 20.2.1 – 20.2.5 and any other information the Director may require.

  • If the Owner wishes to submit an Application for Subdivision Approval or Application for Building Permit to the City before a Certificate of Substantial Performance has been issued in respect of Works and Services, the Owner, in accordance with Paragraphs 5.2(o)(xi) and 6.1(k), must provide the City with a Performance Bond.

  • It is advised that the leaseholders are aware of the requirement of the above notification on the certificate of title and is in fact covered in the Application for Subdivision and is also contained in the proposed Contract of Sale for the purchase of portion of Lot 200 for each individual new lot purchase.

  • Parts 3 to 5 inclusive of this bylaw apply to all Owners who make an Application for Subdivision Approval or an Application for Building Permit unless the City determines that the proposed Subdivision or Development does not require Works or Services.

  • Direct operating costs relating to the investment properties which include maintenance expenses totaled to P=15.0 million and =P12.5 million in 2019 and 2018, respectively.

  • A separate Application for Subdivision Certificate must be made to Council to approve the Plan of Subdivision in accordance with Part 4A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

  • The provision by the Owner of Preliminary Review Layout Information will not constitute an Application for Subdivision Approval under this bylaw or the Land Title Act, and the Approving Officer’s response, whether in the form of a Preliminary Layout Review Letter or otherwise, will not constitute approval, conditional or otherwise, of an application for Subdivision Approval under this bylaw or the Land Title Act, or require the Approving Officer to approve an Application for Subdivision Approval.

  • The subdivider shall submit a completed Application for Subdivision Form, including all of the application materials specified on the application form, located in Appendix B.

Related to Application for Subdivision

  • Minor subdivision means a subdivision that creates five or fewer lots from a tract of record.

  • Manufactured Home Park or Subdivision means a parcel (or contiguous parcels) of land divided into two or more manufactured home lots for rent or sale.

  • New manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed on or after the effective date of this ordinance or the effective date of the initial floodplain management ordinance and includes any subsequent improvements to such structure.

  • Local Subdivision means any county, municipal corporation, township, sanitary district or regional water and sewer district of the State.

  • Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.

  • Expansion to an existing manufactured home park or subdivision means the preparation of additional sites by the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads).

  • Political subdivision means a city, village, town or county.

  • Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.

  • Subdivision means the division of a piece of land into two or more portions;

  • Grant Application means the application identified in section 2.1, including Standard Form 424 and all information and attachments submitted with that form through Grants.gov.

  • Governmental subdivision means any city, county, or combination thereof.

  • Local political subdivision means a county, municipal corporation, township, conservancy district, soil and water conservation district, joint recreation district, park district, or other similar park authority.

  • Biosimilar Application has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.3.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Database application form means the application form required by the Hibiscus Coast Municipality to be filled in by the successful tenderer, following the award of the contract, for inclusion on the HCM database before payment is made.

  • Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Local Subdivision Contribution means the Local Subdivision financial share used for the sole and express purpose for paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the Director under this Agreement for completion of the project.

  • Planning Application means the application for [outline/full] planning permission dated [ ] bearing the Council’s reference number [ ];

  • Serialization within the part, lot, or batch number means each item of a particular part, lot, or batch number is assigned a unique serial number within that part, lot, or batch number assignment. The enterprise is responsible for ensuring unique serialization within the part, lot, or batch number within the enterprise identifier.

  • Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.

  • Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith;

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.
