Applied Web Site definition

Applied Web Site means that portion of the password-protected Web Site, including the supplier filing cabinet database maintained by Applied and located at xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx, Supplier Filing Cabinet. to which Supplier may be given access for the purpose of performing under this Agreement.

Examples of Applied Web Site in a sentence

  • Supplier will not make changes to the manufacturing process of such Items, including a transfer of any portion of the design, manufacturing, or assembly process to a different facility, without first submitting a “Supplier Notification Form (SNF)” as set forth in Attachment 13 on the Applied Web Site.

  • Supplier’s expectations and responsibilities associated with ECOs are set forth in Attachment 14, “ECO Process Requirements” on the Applied Web Site.

  • If for any reason, Supplier is no longer participating in Applied’s [* *] or successor program, Applied and Supplier will jointly develop a supplier performance plan in the form set forth in Supplier Performance Plan located on the Applied Web Site.

  • After the date specified in any such notice (which date shall be fixed by the Trustee), the Voting Trust Certificate shall cease to have any effect, and the holder of such Voting Trust Certificate shall have no further rights under this Agreement other than to receive certificates for shares of stock of the Company or other property distributable under the terms hereof and upon the surrender of such Voting Trust Certificate.

Related to Applied Web Site

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.
