Appointed Committee Member definition

Appointed Committee Member means a committee member appointed under clause 12.
Appointed Committee Member means a member of the College who is not a member of the Council of the College and who is appointed to a statutory committee and includes a member appointed to fill a vacancy;
Appointed Committee Member means an individual who is not a Director and who is appointed to a Committee;

Examples of Appointed Committee Member in a sentence

  • An Appointed Committee Member must be a minimum of 18 years of age and may have specific skills in commerce, finance, marketing, law or business generally or such other skills which complement the Committee composition, but need not have experience in or exposure to basketball.

  • Appointed Committee Member means a Committee Member appointed under clause 8.
