Examples of Appointed Council Members in a sentence

  • Quorum 3.1. Ten Council of Governors members (including not less than six Public Council Members, not less than two Staff Council Members and not less than two Appointed Council Members – in line with the Constitution) present in person or by proxy under arrangements approved by the Council of Governors shall form a quorum 4.

  • The term of office for the Appointed Council Members shall be the same as the term of their respective positions set out in Section 4.01(c).

  • Except for the rights restrictions set on the equity as a result of the Contractual Agreements, there is no other encumbrances or rights restrictions to the rights of the Appointed Council Members.

  • This matrix will be used to assess Council following each election, and to inform decisions about whether any Appointed Council Members need to be selected.

  • There is no outstanding dispute concerning the Appointed Council Members interests, and the Trustee can fully exercise the Appointed council members’ rights authorized and entrusted by the School’s Sponsor according to this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise stipulated by law, in any case, none of the School’s Sponsor, the Appointed Council Members and the Target Schools shall have the right to terminate or dissolve this Agreement unilaterally.

  • This agreement shall be duly signed by the Appointed Council Members and constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation to the Appointed Council Members.

Related to Appointed Council Members

  • Council Member means a member of the Council;

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • appointed member means a member referred to in section 5(1)(a) or (b);

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Independent Committee means a committee of the board of directors of the General Partner made up of directors that are “independent” of Brookfield and its Affiliates, as contemplated by applicable securities Laws;

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • General Member means a party, and that party’s Affiliates, that has executed this Project Charter at the General Member level, unless that General Member has withdrawn or been terminated from the Project, or has changed membership level.

  • Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Neutral Member has the meaning provided in Section 2. 1(f)(ii) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Creditors’ Committee means the statutory committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Independent Board Committee means the independent board committee of the Company

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Managing Committee means the managing committee entrusted with the management of a trade union;

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Tax Matters Member has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(d).
