Appointment Authority definition

Appointment Authority means the President for the post of Director and all other posts of Group A and B and the Director for all posts of Group C and D.

Appointment Authority means that individual or body which has the authority by law, rule, or regulation to appoint a person to a position, or that individual or body to whom that authority may be properly delegated by law, rule, or regulation.
