Such expenses shall include, by way of example and not by way of limitation, environmental assessments, Appraisals in connection with foreclosure, the fees and expenses of any administrative or judicial proceeding and expenses expressly identified as reimbursable in Section 3.06(a)(vi) of this Agreement.
