Appropriate board definition

Appropriate board means, for administrative actions taken under this part by the:
Appropriate board means, as the context requires, the National Board, the Ministerial Board, a Regional Board, a District Board, a Departmental Board or an Agency Board;
Appropriate board or “Board” means National Road Safety and Traffic Management Board referred to in sub section (1) of section 3 or the State Road Safety and Traffic Management Board referred to in sub section (1) of section 8, as the case may be;
