Approved Apparatus definition

Approved Apparatus means, in relation to any network, Apparatus which meets the appropriate essential requirements of regulation 4 of the Radio Equipment and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/730);
Approved Apparatus means apparatus approved under section 22 of the Act for connection to that system or which is Compliant Terminal Equipment;
Approved Apparatus means, in relation to any network, Apparatus which meets the appropriate essential requirements of regulation 4 of the Radio Equipment and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Regulations 20003;

More Definitions of Approved Apparatus

Approved Apparatus means, in relation to any Electronic Communications Network, Apparatus approved under section 16 or by an order made under section 21 of the Act or which meets the appropriate Essential Requirements;
