Have a 24-hour contact available to PROGRAM staff for emergency purposes and communication policies and procedures in place to notify the COUNTY as appropriate. f. Have a 24 hour contact available to COUNTY for emergency purposes and to coordinate response as appropriate. g. Ensure that all CONTRACTOR staff and volunteers working in support of the Contract complete training on confidentiality and compliance to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to maintain Applicant information and PII private, confidential, secure, etc.
