Radio Equipment. “Radio Equipment” is defined in Section 1.26.
Radio Equipment. Contractor shall equip and maintain each Ambulance with communications equipment as set forth in EXHIBIT J ‐ COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT, which may be changed from time to time
Radio Equipment. 1.1 Contractor shall permanently mount into each Ambulance and on each Supervisor Vehicle, analog or digital capable mobile radio with dual control heads and a telephone style microphone in the patient compartment with an external antenna mounted on the Ambulance box roof. These radios shall be compatible with existing P‐25 industry standards, and meet local and state interoperability requirements
1.2 Contractor’s Field Personnel shall carry portable radio with remote public safety speaker microphone. All portable radios shall be compatible with existing P‐25 industry standards, and meet local and state interoperability requirements.
1.3 Contractor's Field Personnel shall carry County‐approved radios, rebanding‐capable, digitally formatted and fully compliant with P‐25 industry standards, and meet local and state interoperability requirements and have appropriate access to necessary channels to meet response time requirements.
1.4 Contractor shall operate subscriber radios in compliance with all rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission and Alameda County.
1.5 Contractor shall equip all Service Vehicles with analog/digital capable mobile radio programmed for operation on the CALCORD (equivalent to Motorola APX 7500 VHF or better).
1.6 Contractor shall equip all Service Vehicles used in providing Services to the County with radios for communications with hospital receiving facilities and for ambulance‐to‐hospital communications.
Radio Equipment. Contractor may equip tow units and facilities with radio equipment capable of receiving police calls, police frequency and/or local government frequencies. Those trucks which primarily operate after normal business hours may use government frequencies for emergency contact with Police Communications Center.
Radio Equipment. All radio equipment and all related machinery and equipment, including analog/TDMA AMPS equipment, CDPD equipment, paging assets (including cellular paging, network pagers and network paging radio), CDMA equipment, microwave radio equipment and related testing, maintenance and engineering equipment owned by Aliant.

Radio Equipment. The Bus Company shall provide and maintain a two-way communication system in all buses operating at any given time in fulfillment of this Agreement.
Radio Equipment. CTA has installed a base radio and mobile radios in all vehicles and one hand-held radio. Contractor use of the CTA-provided equipment is optional at the determination of the Contractor. Should Contractor choose to utilize the radio system, it shall be done at Contractor’s expense. Vehicle communication is otherwise available through agency-provided on-board tablets and software. Should Contractor choose to utilize agency-provided radio equipment, Contractor shall be responsible for proper licensing of said equipment and shall comply with all applicable federal statutes and regulations in connection with such use. Contractor will be responsible for "air time" charges and maintenance of equipment for CTA-provided radios. Contractor is responsible for proper radio procedures and will be fully responsible for any action and/or fines imposed by the FCC for improper use of the system. Contractor shall be responsible to provide any cellular phones used by Contractor staff, and shall be responsible for the appropriate use, airtime and other charges or expenses related to the use of cellular phones.
Radio Equipment. The Towing Agency must be equipped with phones to receive police calls. Each tow truck shall have the capabilities of communication by radio with the Agency’s dispatching office.
Radio Equipment. The radio installation and navigational equipment shall be included in the sale without extra payment, unless such items belong to an unaffiliated third party (e.g., MTN equipment).
