Approved Elevations definition

Approved Elevations means the set of multi-family elevations on file with the City of Noblesville’s Planning and Development Department, as reviewed and approved by the City’s Architectural Review Board at its September 16, 2020, meeting. The exhibit attached hereto as Exhibit C is a sampling and general representation of those approved elevations (collectively, the “Approved Elevations”).
Approved Elevations means the set of elevations on file with the City of Noblesville’s Planning and Development Department, as reviewed and approved by the City’s Architectural Review Board at its March 2, 2021, meeting. The Exhibits attached hereto as Exhibits C-1, C-2, C-3, and C-4 set forth a sampling and general representation of the Approved Elevations.

Examples of Approved Elevations in a sentence

  • The Architectural Review Board’s review of said home elevation(s) shall be performed in order to determine its compatibility and consistency with the intended quality and character of the District and the Approved Elevations.

  • All homes shall be substantially consistent with the Approved Elevations.

  • The Director of Planning and Development, including his or her designees, shall review and approve home elevations at the time of filing of the Detailed Development Plan and/or Building Permit for compliance and consistency with the Approved Elevations.

  • The Architectural Review Board’s review of the home elevation(s) shall be performed in order to determine its compatibility and consistency with the intended quality and character of the District and the Approved Elevations.

  • All Dwellings in the respective Areas shall: (i) be substantially consistent with the applicable Approved Elevations; or (ii) otherwise comply with the applicable standards set forth in Exhibits D-1, D-2, D-3, and Exhibit E, as applicable.

  • C-4 sets forth a sampling and general representation of such Approved Elevations for the Prestige Series.

  • The Architectural Review Board’s review of the elevation(s) shall be performed in order to determine its compatibility and consistency with the intended quality and character of the District and the Approved Elevations.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing and in advance by the Planning Authority, the livestock/general purpose agricultural building hereby approved, shall be sited and orientated in accordance with the description of the Approved Block Plan Drawing (003) and such that the open-sided gable elevation described on the Approved Elevations Drawing (002) shall face northeast.

Related to Approved Elevations

  • Base flood elevation (BFE) means the elevation shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Zones AE, AH, A1-30, VE and V1-V30 that indicates the water surface elevation resulting from a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Base Flood Elevation (BFE means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies. This elevation, when combined with the “Freeboard”, establishes the “Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation”.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Tidal Flood Hazard Area means a flood hazard area in which the flood elevation resulting from the two-, 10-, or 100-year storm, as applicable, is governed by tidal flooding from the Atlantic Ocean. Flooding in a tidal flood hazard area may be contributed to, or influenced by, stormwater runoff from inland areas, but the depth of flooding generated by the tidal rise and fall of the Atlantic Ocean is greater than flooding from any fluvial sources. In some situations, depending upon the extent of the storm surge from a particular storm event, a flood hazard area may be tidal in the 100-year storm, but fluvial in more frequent storm events.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Planned special exposure means an infrequent exposure to radiation, separate from and in addition to the annual occupational dose limits.

  • Approved Budget means an annual budget-

  • Special Flood Hazard Area means an area that FEMA’s current flood maps indicate has at least a one percent (1%) chance of a flood equal to or exceeding the base flood elevation (a 100-year flood) in any given year.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan.
