Approved Expansion Plan definition

Approved Expansion Plan means (a) in the case of Entergy, the Construction Plan and
Approved Expansion Plan means (a) in the case of Entergy, the Construction Plan and (b) in the case of another Regional Planning Party, the plan that includes the transmission projects that party has committed to construct.
Approved Expansion Plan means “in the case of another Regional Planning Party, the plan that includes the transmission projects that party has committed either to construct or to cause to be constructed.”
