Approved GHG Program definition

Approved GHG Program means a GHG Program that has been approved by the Verra Board, through a gap analysis, as a VCS Program approved GHG Program;
Approved GHG Program means a GHG program that has been approved by the VCS Board, through a gap analysis, as a VCS-approved GHG program;

Examples of Approved GHG Program in a sentence

  • If, at any time during the Service Period, the accreditation of the Service Provider under an Approved GHG Program or by an IAF Accreditation Body expires or is withdrawn, suspended or cancelled, then the Service Period shall be immediately suspended.

  • The Service Period shall begin on the first date upon which all of the following conditions have been satisfied: The Service Provider must demonstrate, to the reasonable satisfaction of the VCSA that it is accredited under an Approved GHG Program or by an IAF Accreditation Body.

  • Where the Service Period is suspended pursuant to Clause 5.1 and the Service Provider's loss of accreditation is not expressed or intended by the Approved GHG Program or the IAF Accreditation Body to be a temporary measure, the VCSA may, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement by notifying the Service Provider at least 15 Business Days in advance of the date of termination.

  • Approved clinical trial means a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is conducted in relation to the prevention, detection, or treatment of cancer or other life-threatening disease or Condition and is described in any of the following:

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.
