Approved individual definition

Approved individual means an individual whom the licensee has determined to be trustworthy and reliable for unescorted access in accordance with 12VAC5-481-451 and has completed the training required in 12VAC5-481-451.

Approved individual means an individual whom the licensee has determined to be trustworthy and reliable for unescorted access in accordance with WAC 246-237-021 through 246-237-033 and who has com- pleted the training required by WAC 246-237-043(3).

Approved individual means an individual whom the licensee has determined to be trustworthy and reliable for unescorted access in accordance with subpart B of this part and who has completed the training required by 10 CFR 37.43(c).

More Definitions of Approved individual

Approved individual means an individual whom the licensee has determined to be trustworthy and reliable for unescorted access in accordance with Subpart B and who has completed the training required by Section 337.2020(c).
