ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. Unless otherwise provided in this Article, overtime compensation shall be consistent and calculated in accordance with the Administrative Code N.J.A.C. 4A:3-5.
ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. As a condition to this Agreement, the Contractor shall execute the “Chapter 12B Declaration: Nondiscrimination in Contracts and Benefits” form (form HRC-12B-101) with supporting documentation and secure the approval of the form by the San Francisco Human Rights Commission. The provisions of Chapters 12B and 12C of the S.F. Administrative Code are incorporated in this Section by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. The Contractor shall comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions that apply to this Agreement under such Chapters, including but not limited to the remedies provided in such Chapters. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contractor understands that pursuant to §12B.2(h) of the S.F. Administrative Code, a penalty of $50 for each person for each calendar day during which such person was discriminated against in violation of the provisions of this Agreement may be assessed against the Contractor and/or deducted from any payments due the Contractor.

  • Administrative Leave The Superintendent has the authority to place an employee on administrative leave if the Superintendent believes that it is in the best interests of the students, staff, or community. 20.12-1 If an administrative leave extends beyond ten (10) workdays, the employee and the Association will be notified by the Director of Labor and Employee Relations, or his/her designee, the reasons for the extension. 20.12-2 The employee placed on administrative leave will continue to receive full pay.   • Administrative Procedure iTrip staff will administer and determine whether a damage qualifies as Covered Damage.   • Administrative Appeals An administrative appeal is a request for us to reconsider a full or partial denial of payment for covered healthcare services for the following reasons: • the services were excluded from coverage; • we determined that you were not eligible for coverage; • you or your provider did not follow BCBSRI’s requirements; or • a limitation on an otherwise covered benefit exists. You are not required to file a complaint (as described above), before filing an administrative appeal. If you call our Customer Service Department, a Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your concern. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written administrative appeal with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. If you request an administrative appeal, you must do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of receiving a denial of payment for covered healthcare services. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your administrative appeal and respond within: • thirty (30) calendar days for a prospective review; and • sixty (60) calendar days for a retrospective review. The letter will provide you with information regarding our determination.
