If a Purchaser specifically requests a particular Interpreter who is on the Approved Interpreter List, the Contractor shall attempt to schedule that Interpreter first before attempting to fill the request with any other Interpreter(s); provided, however, unless the Contractor does not do business with the preferred Interpreter or has reason to believe that scheduling the requested Interpreter would compromise the Customer’s communication access or violate the terms of this Contract.
