Approved POTW pretreatment program definition

Approved POTW pretreatment program means a program administered by a publicly owned treatment works (POTW) that complies with national pretreatment standards and that has received approval from the EPA regional administrator or the Maryland Department of the Environment. “Authorized representative of industrial user” means:
