Approved Securities Market definition

Approved Securities Market means any one of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC, including the NASDAQ Capital Market, the New York Stock Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange (including the Toronto Venture Exchange) or the OTC Markets Group Inc. electronic inter-dealer quotation system, including OTCQX, OTCQB, OTCBB and OTC Pink Sheets.
Approved Securities Market means any market which is established under the rules of an investment exchange specified in Schedule 2 to this Order;
Approved Securities Market means any one or more of the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE: American Exchange, NASDAQ Stock Market (including the Nasdaq Capital Market), the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange or the OTCQX platform of the OTC Markets.
