Examples of Arbitration Demand in a sentence
Each of the parties agrees on behalf of itself and each member of its Group that if an Arbitration Demand Notice with respect to a dispute, controversy or claim is not given prior to the expiration of the Applicable Deadline, as between or among the parties and the members of their Groups, such dispute, controversy or claim will be barred.
Employee and Company agree that prior to the service of an Arbitration Demand, the parties shall negotiate in good faith for a period of thirty (30) days in an effort to resolve any arbitrable dispute privately, amicably and confidentially.
Any arbitration hereunder shall be conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA (“Rules”) in effect on the date the Arbitration Demand Notice is served.
