Section 12.6.2. 24 Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 25 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.
Section 12.6.2. 42 In applying for new or open positions, the selected employee will be given a thirty (30) 43 workday trial period. If the position proves unsatisfactory to the employee or the supervisor 44 determines the employee incapable of performing the job, the employee or supervisor may 45 request reassignment of the former position. The employee may only request reassignment to a 46 former position two (2) times in any school year.
