Arch Western. Group shall mean, as of any date of determination, AWAC, Arch Western and the Subsidiaries of Arch Western. Arch Western LLC Agreement shall mean that certain Limited Liability Company Agreement by and between AWAC and Delta Housing, Inc., a Delaware corporation, dated as of June 1, 1998, with AWAC and Delta Housing, Inc. as members and creating Arch Western Resources, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
