Drawings and Specifications means all specifications, calculations, designs, plans, drawings, engineering and analyses, operation and maintenance manuals, original equipment manufacturer manuals, material safety data sheets, operating instructions, system checklists, start-up procedures, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning procedures and checklists, System Turnover Packages required to be delivered by Contractor hereunder or required to be delivered by an Agent For Contractor under an Agent For Contract, alignment checklists and all other documents of the Work, including the structure and foundation thereof, either (a) described in or attached to this Agreement or any Agent For Contract or (b) prepared or modified by Contractor or any Subcontractor with respect to the Work or any Agent For Contractor with respect to any Agent For Contracts Work, excluding Drawings and Specifications provided under the Owner Contracts.

Drawings and Specifications has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

• Contractor shall discuss and answer any inquiries concerning the Drawings and Specifications with Owner or the Independent Engineer.

Drawings and Specifications means the drawings and specifications described in Article 2 hereof, and all addenda and/or revisions thereto.

Drawings and Specifications means all specifications, calculations, designs, plans, drawings, engineering and analyses, operation and maintenance manuals, original equipment manufacturer manuals, material safety data sheets, operating instructions, system checklists, startup procedures, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning procedures and checklists, System Turnover Packages, alignment checklists and all other documents of the Work, including the structure and foundation thereof, either (a) described in or attached to this Agreement or (b) prepared or modified by Contractor or any Subcontractor with respect to the Work, excluding Drawings and Specifications provided under the Owner Contracts.

Drawings and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications prepared by PEDB for the Contracts based on the preliminary design, general layout and specifications for the Project approved by NEWCO.

Drawings and Specifications means the final drawings, diagrams, plans and specifications for the construction and installation of the Project prepared by Contractor in accordance with subsection 4.2.

Drawings and Specifications means all blueprints, schematic renderings, architect's/engineer’s drawings, specifications, written descriptions and similar items for the Parking Garage Project and all related drawings, plans and data (and all supplements and amendments authorized and Approved by DSA), and which relate to the design, construction, equipping and furnishing of the Parking Garage Project, all of which are to be prepared by Architect or Engineer and will be subject to Approval by DSA. "Engineer(s)" shall mean the engineer(s) (if any) selected by SRL and/or Development Manager, and Approved by DSA, to provide engineering services for the Parking Garage Project. "Engineer's Agreement(s)" shall mean the agreement by and between [SRL] and Engineer(s), for engineering services for the Parking Garage Project.

Drawings and Specifications means the construction drawings and specifications necessary or appropriate for completion of the Project, and all change orders, revisions, amendments or addenda thereto which are approved in writing by Owner or by Development Manager on behalf of Owner.

Drawings and Specifications means, collectively, the "Drawings and Specifications" as such term is defined in the Platform Hull Construction Contract, the "Specifications and Drawings" as set forth on Exhibit E to the Topsides Construction Contract, and the "Drawings" and "Specifications" as such terms are defined in the Pipeline Installation Contract, and comprising the drawings and specifications for each component of the Platform and the Project.
