Drawings and Specifications definition

Drawings and Specifications means the final drawings, specifications, and finish schedules for the Tenant Improvements which shall be prepared by Architect subject to review and approval by Landlord and Tenant in accordance with the following procedure:

Drawings and Specifications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 hereof.

Drawings and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications prepared by PEDB for the Contracts based on the preliminary design, general layout and specifications for the Project approved by NEWCO.

Drawings and Specifications means the drawings or specifications or both expressly identified in the Particulars;

Drawings and Specifications means, collectively, the "Drawings and Specifications" as such term is defined in the Platform Hull Construction Contract, the "Specifications and Drawings" as set forth on Exhibit E to the Topsides Construction Contract, and the "Drawings" and "Specifications" as such terms are defined in the Pipeline Installation Contract, and comprising the drawings and specifications for each component of the Platform and the Project.

Drawings and Specifications means the construction drawings and specifications necessary or appropriate for completion of the Project, and all change orders, revisions, amendments or addenda thereto which are approved in writing by Owner or by Development Manager on behalf of Owner.
