Area 2 definition

Area 2. The Province of Quebec and the National Capital Region Area 3: Province of Ontario excluding the National Capital Region, and excluding Thunder Bay and westward. Area 4: Thunder Bay and westward in Ontario and the remainder of Canada.

Area 2 means the area defined as Area 2 by Ofcom in the Wholesale Fixed Telecommunications Market Review of 18 March 2021 and within the Offer Area;

The Company further covenants that the Company shall be liable to the Purchasers for the performance of the obligations of Green Acre under the Environmental Escrow Agreement and that a breach by Green Acre of the Environmental Escrow Agreement, if not cured by the Company within a reasonable time of the Company's knowledge of the breach, shall be an Event of Default.
