Area Issue definition

Area Issue means an issue taken to a vote of Transacting Shareholders which is of special significance to a particular Area or Areas and which is determined to be an area issue by the Board and “Area Issues” means more than one of them.

ARTICLE 2 QUALITY‌ 2.1 Subject to Articles 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7 and 21.1 hereof, Gas tendered to Transporter at Receipt Points shall conform to the following Quality Specifications:‌

  • Area of shallow flooding means a designated AO or AH Zone on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) with one percent or greater annual chance of flooding to an average depth of one to three feet where a clearly defined channel does not exist, where the path of flooding is unpredictable and indeterminate; and where velocity flow may be evident. Such flooding is characterized by ponding or sheet flow.

  • Commercial building means any building other than a residential building,

  • Design torso angle means the angle measures between a vertical line through the "R" point and the torso line in a position which corresponds to the design position of the seat-back established by the vehicle manufacturer;

  • Reservoir means a porous and permeable underground formation containing a natural accumulation of producible oil or gas that is confined by impermeable rock or water barriers and is individual and separate from other reservoirs.

  • Unstable area means a location that is susceptible to natural or human-induced events or forces capable of impairing the integrity of some or all of the landfill structural components responsible for preventing releases from a landfill. Unstable areas can include poor foundation conditions, areas susceptible to mass movements, and Karst terranes.

  • Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.

  • Commercial Facility means the Commercial Facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1 (Facility).

  • State Engineer means the person holding the position as head of the state engineer’s office.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • manoeuvring area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, excluding aprons;

  • Redevelopment means areas where development is replacing older development.
