Area O definition

Area O means those portions of Areas J and K and comprising an area of about 8 368 square metres as are required for the deviation road and are delineated within the orange coloured border on the plan;
Area O means the Magisterial Districts of Bredasdorp, Caledon, Ceres, Heidelberg, Hermanus, Laingsburg, Montague, Robertson, Swellendam, Tulbagh and Worcester.

  • Area A means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in brown on attached map No. 1;

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Concession Area means particulars of the area as more particularly described in Form A of West Bengal Minor Minerals (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Area plan or “multiyear area plan” means a document, developed in accordance with the uniform area plan format and IAPI issued by the department, that is submitted to the department every four years, with annual updates, by an AAA in order to receive subgrants from the department’s grants.
